The Global Network for Counselling and Psychotherapy (GNCP) is an online network for counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists and other professionals who wish to network, attend workshops and conferences and undertake continuing professional development (CPD) in the counselling and psychotherapy field. Other CPD activities will include the sharing of relevant articles by linking to journals.
We intend organising a free annual online conference for Network members to enhance CPD. As part of our health promotion strategy, we will support and promote the International Relaxation Day conference which is held annually on the 15th August. This is free CPD for GNCP members.
The Forum was set up in July 2009. It now has over 6250 members in our LinkedIn group which was relaunched in 2024.
The network and website are administered by the International Academy for Professional Development Ltd.
